ITINERARY DETAILS

 

Day 1: Arrive at New Delhi Airport

 

On your arrival in New Delhi, our tour representative will meet and greet you at the airport and personally assist you with a guided transfer to your hotel. Check-in at the hotel and after relaxation, you may explore Delhi's nearby attractions like Connaught Place, and India Gate or wander around the streets or simply take a rest in your hotel.

 

Day 2: Delhi City Tour

 

Munch on a lavish breakfast and energize yourself for a day full of excitement and fun. Enjoy your day with a sightseeing tour starting from Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Gandhi Memorial, Jantar Mantar, India Gate, Parliament House, Birla Temple also known as Laxmi Narayan Temple, Qutub Minar Complex, and Lotus Temple. All these popular spots hold historical importance and exhibit the glorious past of the country.

You may also opt to attend the 'Light and Sound' show at Red Fort where the history of the Mughal era is explained through light and sound in an amazing way.

Post sightseeing, return to the hotel for dinner and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay.

 

Day 3: Drive Delhi to Agra

 

After breakfast, drive to the next destination, Agra which remained the central place of administration of the Mughal Empire till the 17th century.  On reaching Agra, check in at the hotel and freshen up. After taking some rest, leave for a city tour of Agra, visit Agra Fort (Red Sandstone historical building, also inscribed as a UNESCO world heritage site) and Itimad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb (Brilliance piece of architecture also described as Baby Taj or Jewel Box) it is noticeable for the first use of pietra dura (floral design made up of semiprecious stone) technique. Thereafter, return to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure. You can also explore the local market of Agra. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

 

Day 4: Agra to Visit Fatehpur Sikri to Jaipur

 

Begin this morning with a tempting view of the Taj Mahal during sunrise. The Taj Mahal is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and the most beautiful monument ever built. After exploring the epitome of love, return to the hotel for a lavish breakfast and then check out. Now you will start for Jaipur but en route, we will visit the old and secluded town of the Mughal Dynasty, Fatehpur Sikri.

Fatehpur Sikri (listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site) was built by Emperor Akbar during the second half of the 16th century. The city is famous for some of the iconic structures of the Mughal era which include Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, Panch Mahal Jodha Bai Palace, and Birbal Bhawan. All are famous for their historical importance and beautiful architectural design. After traveling around this abandoned Mughal town, you will proceed to Jaipur. On reaching Jaipur, check in at the hotel and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in the pink city.

 

Day 5: Jaipur City Tour

 

The most visited city of Rajasthan Jaipur welcomes you with open arms to explore its beautiful attractions. So, begin with an excursion tour to Amber Fort where you can enjoy elephant rides. Pink City also offers incredible attractions like City Palace, Hawa Mahal, and Jantar Mantar.

In the evening, visit Chokhi Dhani to experience the true color of Rajasthani culture. In Chokhi Dhani village view colorful paintings and enjoy folk dance and Rajasthani food. Post sightseeing and dinner return to the hotel and have a comfortable overnight stay.

 

Day 6: Drive Jaipur to Jodhpur

 

Enjoy breakfast and proceed to your next destination, Jodhpur. It is one of the most visited tourist cities in Rajasthan. It is known to house royal historic monuments of the country. The city holds immense historical importance and was established in 1459 by the Rathore Dynasty. On reaching Jodhpur, check in at the hotel and freshen up.

After taking some rest, leave for sightseeing around the palaces, forts, museums, and lakes of Jodhpur. Begin your tour with a visit to the famous Mehrangarh Fort which is one of the largest forts in India. And proceed to Jaswant Thada a beautiful memorial known as the cremation ground for the royal family of Marwar. Post-lunch visits to the Local Market and Clock Tower. Return to hotel for Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

Day 7: Jodhpur to Visit Ranakpur to Udaipur

 

After your breakfast, it is time to head towards your next destination, Udaipur. En route visit Ranakpur which is well-known for its Jain temples. Ranakpur is one of the five holiest places of the Jain community and it houses the most prominent Jain temples in the country. All the temples of Ranakpur are believed to have been built in 1439 A.D. After enjoying a unique experience at these temples, head towards Udaipur. On reaching Udaipur, check in at the hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

 

Day 8: Udaipur City Tour

 

Relish a wholesome morning meal and head towards a sightseeing tour to Udaipur. Known as the 'City of Lakes, Udaipur is rich in cultural heritage. The place has a number of historical monuments, palaces, and forts which are there in remembrance of Maharana Udai Singh II who founded the city. Begin your day with a visit to the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Jag Mandir, and Saheliyon-Ki-Bari. Located on the bank of Lake Pichola, City Palace is a fusion of the Rajasthani and Mughal architecture styles, providing a mesmerizing view of the city and its surroundings. In the evening go boating on Lake Pichola, and enjoy an amazing view of the sunset. Later, return to the hotel and stay overnight.

 

Day 9: Udaipur to Pushkar

 

After breakfast proceeds towards the next destination, Pushkar to enjoy the last leg of attractions during your tour of Rajasthan. Pushkar is also known to host the famous camel fair which attracts a mixed bag of tourists and pilgrims. On reaching Pushkar, check in at the hotel and freshen up. While city tours have the golden experience of Brahma Temple, Old Rang Ji Temple, and Apteshwar Temple. After exploring the temples head to Pushkar Lake, which is one of the holiest places for the Hindus and is believed to cure skin diseases. After exploring all the sites, return to the hotel for dinner and have a comfortable night's stay.

 

Day 10: Pushkar to Delhi
